this alcohol is used in the manufacture of various products for cleaning, disinfecting and degreasing surfaces. It is specifically contaminated with substances that change the taste to unpleasant so that it cannot be consumed. A substance that is used to contaminate ethanol is, among others, the poisonous methanol. For this reason, it cannot be consumed, while its cleaning, disinfecting and degreasing properties remain unchanged.
